A full-fledged ERP and product energy-efficiency certification system built for the Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA).

Built while at Procons Infotech for the Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA), EEAD is an enterprise-grade ERP and certification platform that handles product registrations, agency-driven testing workflows, payments (online and offline), rating generation, and public product discovery. Manufacturers (Damro, Singer, Abans, etc.) submit product applications which SLSEA routes to accredited test agencies based on product type and agency capabilities. Test agencies update safety and performance test results back into the system; products that pass safety testing proceed to energy performance testing which yields a 1–5 star efficiency rating. Each certified product receives a generated QR code and printable sticker/artwork reflecting its star rating so consumers can verify efficiency by scanning. The platform exposes APIs consumed by a WordPress marketing front-end (product listings, comparisons, reviews) and includes offline-capable features for field inspectors. Built with Laravel (API, services, background jobs) and React (admin & agency UIs), it uses AWS for hosting with load balancing, autoscaling, and resilient deployment patterns. The system follows SOLID principles, uses the Laravel ecosystem (Spatie roles & permissions, Media Library, AWS S3 for media, queues), and includes robust audit logs, role-based workflows, and secure payment integrations.
