Project Overview
As Lead Technical Architect, I led the architectural design, engineering strategy, and technical mentorship for the complete overhaul of Kandos.lk. I engineered the client-side experience while guiding the development team through complex microservices integrations, SEO optimization, and data migrations. The platform features an international checkout engine handling dual USD/LKR multi-currency transactions across global payment providers and local BNPL solutions like Koko. The system connects to Kandos' enterprise ERP to manage complex inventory strategies, regional sales representatives, dynamic promotional campaigns, and SMS notification gateways across local and overseas delivery routes.
